Please review the specific service description for deposit details. * Clients are required to arrive with hair freshly washed, blow-dried, and free of oils and products. * Deposits are non-refundable, except in extenuating circumstances that have been discussed and agreed upon in advance. * Rescheduling requires any outstanding balance to be cleared within 24 hours of the original appointment. Online booking will be restricted until the account has a $0 balance. * A $20 late fee will be applied to appointments when clients arrive 10 minutes past the scheduled start time. * Arrivals 15 minutes or more past the scheduled appointment time will result in cancellation. The deposit will be forfeited, and the remaining balance must be settled before another appointment can be scheduled. * Clients who fail to appear for their appointment without prior notification ("no-call, no-show") will be immediately placed on a banned list. 50% of the remaining balance will be charged immediately. Contact must be made before future bookings are permitted. * For clients who pre-pay and fail to attend their appointment without notice, a $20 fee will be added to reschedule. * No additional guests are allowed unless arrangements have been made in advance.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment you will lose your deposit and I charge a 30% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
